Consultation - FREE

  • Free 30 minute phone consultation.

  • Partner presence is encouraged.

  • Please have your questions pre-written to get the most out of your consultation!

Global Midwifery Package 

  • Routine Prenatal visits ​

  • Labor and Birth attendance

  • Immediate Postpartum Care

  • 1 Prenatal Home Visit @ 36wk

  • 2 Postpartum Home Visits

    • (3 for first-time moms)

  • 6wk Postpartum Office Visit

  • ​Ultrasound (initial dating) 

  • ​The Fresh Test

  • ​Birth Tub rental

  • Birth Kit (not included)

Payment Options

  • Cash, Check, Zelle or Venmo

  • HSA/FSA card/check 

  • Credit card

  • Insurance: Though we are out-of-network with most insurances, we use a professional biller to help verify your benefits and aim to cover costs at an in-network rate. The biller can provide a  superbill at the completion of care to submit to insurance for reimbursement. 

  • Healthshares (Samaritan, CHM, Zion, Medishare, CrowdHealth)

Well Woman Care &

Preconception Care Package ​

  • Appointments start at a rate of $250.

  • 1 hour office visit with f/u care

  • This does not include labs or procedures that may be recommended or desired. Labs will be billed to insurance or will be offered to you at a low out of pocket cost.

  • Payment is due at time of appointment.

Prenatal & Postpartum

Midwifery Package:

  • If you are planning to birth in the hospital, but are interested in prenatal midwifery care only or postpartum midwifery care only, or both, please reach out for a cost estimate.

Ultrasound

  • ​First trimester/dating ultrasounds are also offered to ALL (non-clients, clients in care of another community midwife, or simply anyone choosing to find out how far along they are or if they are expecting multiples).

​

Non-Stress Test

  • ​Offered to clients that may have care with another community midwife and require follow-up testing.
